What is JUMP?
JUMP is unique because of its target audience of active professional women and because of its unique offer of tailored services to enhance women's careers and gender diversity in organisations. Thanks to the organisation of events and training workshops, and its online media presence, in less than four years JUMP has created the first « career minded » women's community in Belgium and in Europe.

Isabella Lenarduzzi - Founder & Managing Director
Isabella Lenarduzzi has been a social entrepreneur, an expert in communication, event and conference organisation for 25 years. Her areas of interest include women empowerment, education, training, entrepreneurship, innovation and European integration (EU advocacy).
Isabella launched JUMP “Empowering Women, Advancing the Economy” in 2006. She currently manages 2 companies, one NGO and a team of 12 persons.
She got several awards, here are some:
- Nominee in 1992 as the woman of the year in Belgium
- Wimadame award (France) called “Femme entrepreneure européenne” in 2010
- “Femme d’Exception” (Woman of exception) in 2011 by the Belgian Minister for Equal Opportunities Joëlle Milquet
- “Tof de la comm” ‘Award for event communication in June 2011

Carole Bossaert - Project Leader Woman's Academy
Carole Bossaert is the Project Leader of the Woman's Academy at JUMP. She has worked 25 years for Management Centre Europe, an American company providing high quality training and consistent management development solutions across Europe and globally. She is now working as an independant, managing/coordinating complex, large-scale projects.

Amandine Peeters - On line Communication Manager
Amandine Peeters has a degree in Roman philology and cultural management (ULB). As a self-taught Webmaster, she started her career as web copywriter for a digital media company before joining JUMP where she is responsible for maintaining and updating the websites, as well as all email campaigns.
