Isabella Lenarduzzi has been a social entrepreneur, an expert in communication, event and conference organisation for 25 years. Her areas of interest include women empowerment, education, training, entrepreneurship, innovation and European integration (EU advocacy).
Isabella launched JUMP “Empowering Women, Advancing the Economy” in 2006. She currently manages 3 companies, one NGO and a team of 12 persons.

Managing Partner JUMP International
Annick has been guiding complex corporate transformation projects for 20 years. Senior Executive HR in several international groups, she has
developed strategic experience in organizational HR definition as well as gender diversity. In 2007 she founded Transeetive, a consulting firm specialized in HR innovation strategy. Today, Annick is also Managing partner of JUMP in Paris.
Online Communication Manager
Amandine has two master degrees in Roman philology and Cultural management (ULB). She started her career as web copywriter for a digital media company before joining the JUMP team in 2009 as on line communication manager. Her skills and expertise are: web developemnt, graphic design, creative writing, email marketing and social media. Amandine also likes philosophy, litterature and gender studies.
Office & Finance Manager
Charlotte Vantomme joined the JUMP team in 2012. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain, with a degree in both Sinology and Cultural Studies. After her master in cultural studies she started in the cultural sector where she was active in the organization of cultural events. She also acquired management skills in a medical organization. From her interest for the cultural related scene she joined JUMP, where she has the function of Office and Finance Coordinator.
Project Leader Woman’s Academy
Carole Bossaert is the Project Leader of the Woman’s Academy at JUMP. She has worked 25 years for Management Centre Europe, an American company providing high quality training and consistent management development solutions across Europe and globally. She is now working as an independant, managing/coordinating complex, large-scale projects.
Customer Relationship and Administration
After her master in marketing and communication in work-study program, she started in the cosmetic and well-being sectors where she was in charge of marketing, communication, web and events for a brand of 5 spas. Since 2012, she is also coach in personal development and in company. She joined JUMP team in 2012, where she has the function of Customer Relationship and Administration.
Stéphanie supports private and public organisations in leading complex transformation projects. She has a strong experience in change project management and brings an expertise in organisation development. Her areas of interest include cultural transformation, organisation sociology, collaborative approaches and collective intelligence, managerial capacity development, talent management policies and diversity.
